Naughty Dog’s critically acclaimed Third-Person Action Adventure game Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune is going to receive a patch that will add trophies. The total amount of trophies that you will be able to get in the game is 48 of which 47 are within the game while the 48th is the Platinum Trophy which you get for unlocking all of the trophies within the game.
